Ingrid B. Rosland is the project manager of the Women´s Network and is also responsible for the follow up of, and collaboration with, Rafto prize laureates from MENA and Asia. She is engaged in the work for women´s human rights and has a special focus on women human rights defenders in MENA and Southeast Asia.
Rosland has an MA from University of Bergen in the Nordic Master program Religious Roots of Europe, where she focused on Islam and reinterpretation of Islamic law. She also has a BA in Arabic from the University of Bergen. Rosland started working in the Rafto Foundation upon finishing her studies and became part of the work on the initial phase of the Women´s Network.
