Andrea Rygh-Johansen works as a project assistant in the HRD program. There she works with Rafto's women's network the Intersectional feminist Collective and FUTURE-PROOF. Andrea holds a bachelor's degree in Administration and Organizational Science and a Master's degree in Politics and Governing of Global Challenges.
